1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging StripesOLSigns for truck striping and lettering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

StripesOLSigns provides professional truck striping, lettering, and graphic design services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom truck graphics and wraps
  • Vehicle striping and accent designs
  • Custom lettering and typography services
  • Fleet graphics and branding solutions
  • Design consultation and project management

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual vehicle specifications and conditions
  • Design complexity and detail level
  • Material costs and availability
  • Labor requirements and project timeline
  • Additional services requested during the project

Any changes to the project scope will be discussed and approved before implementation.

4. Payment Terms

Standard Payment Schedule:

  • Deposit: 50% of total project cost due upon project approval
  • Balance: Remaining 50% due upon project completion
  • Payment Methods: Cash, check, and major credit cards accepted
  • Late Payment: 1.5% monthly service charge on overdue amounts

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and weather conditions. We will communicate any delays and work to minimize impact on your schedule. Rush jobs may be available for an additional fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle information and specifications
  • Ensuring vehicles are clean and free of damage before service
  • Maintaining insurance coverage during the project period
  • Providing access to vehicles at scheduled times
  • Reviewing and approving designs before installation

7. Design Approval Process

All designs must be approved by the customer before installation begins. Once designs are approved and installation begins, changes may result in additional costs and delays. We provide digital proofs for review and approval.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Our Warranty Coverage:

  • Installation Quality: 1 year warranty on workmanship
  • Materials: Manufacturer warranty on vinyl and materials (typically 3-7 years)
  • Outdoor Elements: Prorated warranty based on environmental exposure

Warranty does not cover: Damage from accidents, improper care, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Insurance and Liability

StripesOLSigns maintains comprehensive business insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage that occurs during normal use. We recommend customers maintain full insurance coverage during and after the project.

10. Intellectual Property

All design work created by StripesOLSigns becomes the property of the customer upon full payment. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Design Approval: Deposit refundable minus design fees
  • After Design Approval: Deposit non-refundable
  • During Installation: Full payment required, no refunds
  • Weather Delays: We will reschedule at no additional charge

12. Force Majeure

StripesOLSigns shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, material shortages, or pandemic-related restrictions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of West Virginia courts.
